Game Coaster has served me well with Dungeon Maker for ten years. They have only gotten money from me three times: DM+DLC, and now. For all the effort they put into one of my most beloved games, I am fine with paying the price for an early access game. I know they will meet my expectations. And if not? Oh well. But I doubt that to be the case. The game—however rough it is around some edges—is already fun to me. It can only go up from here.

Just another mtx scam. The game is fun and addictive, but only to the point that it makes you want to purchase through the ludicrously huge progression tree to speed up unlocks. Playing normally feeds you a beggar's scrap of resources through hour-long runs, and even the ability to fast forward individual battles is locked behind hours and hours of repetitive gameplay - or $8. Altogether there's about $70ish to spend on unlocks. Progression is supposed to be its own fun, not a transaction.

so the update is great. Getting new content is never bad. To be able to get more from the ascension, training, and even receiving debuffs is great for runs. but uh, where are my abilities? I could go a whole run without receiving special authority, support utility, and my ultimate. Maybe a bit of tweaking to it is needed, give it some kind of pity roll so you wouldn't go a whole run without necessary abilities.

- Added Facility Repeat Modification for further strengthening Facilities that have reached their maximum Memory Stage.
- Added the Ascension and Curses campaign. Curses and Catastrophes now appear only when this campaign is enabled, and selecting them also grants additional Dark Lord Promotion or Dark Lord Ascension choices.
- Expanded Trials and increased the maximum currency bonus from Trials to 500%.
